The Old Brick House was first built in 1784, under a land grant from the Spanish government. Today, the beautiful old building is one of Natchez's finest examples of the French influence on the architectural styles prevalent in the region during the 18th century. The historic site and museum overlooks Back Bay, just off Bayview Avenue.
